The Market Cap Here is 200million, but the financials are garbage for the current PPS and mktcap. I've seen companies like this before trading at these levels before the O/S heftily rises and the price drops severely. Be it a few things have happened since the june30th q end date, but I wouldn't expect the next Q to hold much better numbers.

Check NGB* Notis Global, which once was MEDBOX, in late 2012 Medbox did a rs. The PPS went after their rs from .05per share to over $150 per share. I sold in January 2013 myself at $90 per share. By later 2016 their stock was .0001 and hasn't traded higher really since. From 2012 -2015 medbox traded in high dollars regularly. But look at them now. .0001-.0002
