You seem to be confused. There was an email recently made public I believe from Sweeney court. It clearly stated the bailout was for $130B. The mark to market value was $187B but in the email it stated this amount should not be used. This amount is misleading as stated in the email. Someone at Treasury ignored this and made public the bailout amount will be $187B. A blatant lie.
