I wonder what it would take...
To send Vic to prison.
These OTC scams are a dime a dozen but the perps seldom get jail time.
Why?
They steal, they cheat, they employ undisclosed IRPs to promote their scams on the internet...
yet the authorities seldom bring the hammer down on them.
ETFM is the poster child for OTC cesspool scams, end of story.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
