Despite being over a barrel due to the calendar, they were able to raise WAY more than what their loan covenants demanded, and at a price above the pre-news close last week. The use of the "pre-funded warrants" device strongly suggests that one or more big players is taking a 5% position without having to report it - that is the ONLY reason you would ever have pre-funded warrants like that.

Viewed from the point of view of the 3.90 post-news spike in the price, not good. Viewed from the point of view right before the news, pretty decent imho.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
