LMAFO..Eddie's recycling his "Payooze" crypto currency scam again? If so this will make "Strike Three" for this con job. I compiled and posted a report on this fairy tale over the years.

In 2016 Eddie and his scam partner (TDEY/ SWRF) CEO Clark Ortiz tried to raise $50k for this via Kickstarter (why does anyone with multiple penny stocks need Kickstarter cash you may ask-- especially for an app that purports to have been "the most secure payment system on earth"?? Because the penny investors money goes straight into Eddie & Clark's pockets). Read the grandiose pitch and check out the "small sample of retailers who (THEY SAY) will accept Payooze." A total of SEVEN people pledged a whopping $270 so their campaign failed miserably (surprise surprise).

Shareholders updates:

We had a great few weeks of planning and meetings with our programmers. The Payooze software will be presented to a group of processors next week to finalize their deal with us. We will also provide a "private brand" crypto currency product to one of our clients who are also a public company and in a "MJ" market space. Some of the shareholders may know that there are several investors and/or officers that work with related companies and we always seek synergistic developments to optimize our investments and increase shareholders values.

SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

Great News for our Payooze deal.

I had a series of meetings with the Credit and Debit/ACH processors. They are very excited about our software and were impressed with the possibilities. We have several presentations here in Dallas, New York and LA , where I believe we can sign up several more processors.

As part of my other investments, we have an opportunity with a "crypto coin" system that I will bring as an added bonus to our overall capabilities. These will allow us to offer processing and such services to other companies, and specifically in MJ and other restricted markets. ( I already have a deal in development with SUTI and PRPM companies, no surprise here since we all share financial interests.)

I will continue to update, and we should see a launch later this month.
