Idiot Eddie4 uploads the same PR 3x again.

As far as that Preferred K "Super Vote" share.. Eddie pulled that deception before in his TDEY/ Oak River Technology pump and dump. Eddie even uploaded an image of this alleged share (handwritten by Eddie) into the Q3 2015 disclosure where it can still be viewed to this day. Obviously it was a lie because the deal never went through and Eddie relinquished control.

Here's a PR announcing it. What makes anyone think Eddie will behave differently 4 years later?

On September 4, 2015 the company adopted a corporate resolution stipulating the transfer of the 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Super K Class, non conversional, 69% super vote to the company. The company now holds this voting right under a conditional provision to exercise with the requirement of signatures from the company chairman and one board member.
