IMO and only IMO, Alexion doesn't realize into what kind of mess they can get involved into...a class action suit from IMNP shareholders..? never mind the officers and/or directors of IMNP who stated to the court that the price paid was a fair value.. don't know, thinking out loud !!!

Having fun on other people's demises is sometimes like throwing a boomerang into the air and walking away from it pretending it's not coming back.
