GETTING OH SO CLOSE LOLOL: Locksmith beat VPLM in the fantasy world where pigs fly unaided, stocks drop by 400% and where 124mm shares valued, currently, at ~$2mm are worth less than $355k! The lawsuits were joined into one, the shares were NOT "UNCANCELLED"(the aim of ms.kipping), meaning missy "returned them", but she was awarded $355k, coming from the BOD. THE SHARES ARE BACK, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE NEVER GONE, JUST CANCELLED BY VPLM...NOW THEY ARE CANCELLED WITH COURT APPROVAL/MANDATE!

IN THE REAL WORLD, $2mm IS MUCH LARGER THAN $355k!
