I'm surprised a 30-40th ranked medical device player doesn't swoop in and make an offer right now for $2 a share ?

That would be a $70-75M outlay to control the IP and Patents which means a BIGGUN would need to eventually partner with them or at least pay them to use it. There is value in the IP people. 127 patents/patents pending for single port are valuable...the 2 highest being the snake arms and camera insertion tube. I think all of the wristed stuff is valuable too.
