You could be right but that's not the way I remember it. I recall sawyer putting out a PR saying that a audit "discovered" the illegally gotten shares and that he had already alerted all the proper authorities. Later I recall seeing the lawsuit filed by vplm & seems like not that long after a countersuit (of sorts) by locksmith. Both suits, as I recall, were up in the air for years for who knows why (?) and then I've seen documents that put a stay on the vplm suit which later, I thought (?) was stipulated by the court to just go with the case against vplm. Again, admittedly, I'm not good at all at reading these court docs but that's how it appeared to go down to me. I have no clue why either case would be outright dismissed but maybe there was some court activities I missed? I'll try to look up the dates I'm talking about to see where I've got ot wrong.
