Anyone voting for the preferred shares? Why do they need to go this route instead of just issuing more common shares? Is this to pay of existing debt? I haven't voted for it because I feel like they haven't communicated the plan effectively. The reverse split I kind of get, raise stock price, but it wouldn't stay high without a revenue story.
