CORPORATE UPDATE
American Diversified Holdings (ADHC) is a holding company which earns its revenues from its wholly owned subsidiaries listed bellow namely Imperbe a Spain Water Proofing company targeting ICI (industrial commercial and investment) customers and Keene Real Estate Developments a Canada based real estate firm with construction projects in Mexico Costa Rica Spain and Canada.

2 possibly 3 additional additional acquisitions are planned by the new incoming management. A detailed 8k will be filed including a news release shortly
