[Patience to success]

Someone always say PTAB will return back to CAFC, then CAFC will rule favorable to WDDD, then going direct to district Boston court. What are the real reasons PTAB do so? And why don't they return to CAFC earlier? PTAB should understand CAFC disagree with their decision.
I asked this same questions before, however no one could answer and just keep say PTAB will return back to CAFC... again and again.
The court systems waste time, money and nonsense!
10/16/19 passed and other additional one week( last Friday), still no any news? PTAB want to delay 6 more months??? After 6 months then they disagree with CAFC , returning back to CAFC??? CAFC will send back to Boston within a year. This case will end in 2022?
