But supposedly there is a 200+ million short, per the CEO... he has even put this claim in the filings

So is he lying/misleading the public, or is there hundreds of millions of tradable shares out there?

My money is on him misleading the public, like he is doing with other aspects.

Either way i would not trust a thing he is claiming, unless it is audited.
