Well, there is theory that Rick Eno is 26 cents out of pocket for a portion of his position, so returning that is quite plausible.
I don't think there will be much of a premium here. Remember, fair market value was ~$1.64 in JUL 2018... then they sold the bulk of their assets. So that value drops dramatically. In the end, I think they will pay whatever amount keeps them out of court. And that means making everyone whole. I don't think it will be a penny more than that.
Once they get BIOAQ (the shares) behind them and all former shareholders are satisfied, the remnants of Bioamber, Inc. (or its buyers) will resume its revised business plan for future manufacturing facilities. I'm hoping they will have another public offering at that time, because I will definitely buy a chunk of those. I love the future of BioSA and can't wait to see the plastics evolution over the next decade.
