Ballas only communicates when it directly benefits him. He went months without even communicating why they weren't shipping products or refunding money. Actually refused to refund and told people to dispute the charges with their banks (but even this was done through the BBB website). He will not communicate negative news, and the majority of the positive news he releases turns out to be BS. He isn't held accountable though, so he really has no incentive to change. Worst CEO in the history of CEOs.
