Because without news those in this ticker will bid whack or sell on a moments notice. If they aren't getting a minute by minute play by play these investors throw up crap and sell for chump change instead of letting the ticker breath and rise. Today's traders I guess. All you have to do is read the news and see who's investing these days. So, we just have to bear the noise and wait.
