bulls say yay back up and running, maybe just maybe dilutibles were used to pay off debt just getting it running could make stock run. if ballas was a crook, would he even try to get it running? also, with about 13 billion shares out there, wouldn't some nervous MMs if they believed this would never move again, be placing multiple billions on the ask GTC so they could sell and GTFO?

bears say boo still way too many orders unfilled, remember ballas has told many cyptolies in the past, and he's still sitting on around 7B he can't sell unless he gets this thing off no bid. worries big the second it does, he dumps again. yes, ballas would try to get it running because while at no bid, nothing is moving, one last hurrah to get those 7B dumped.

I say that regardless, many people love their CBD oil, and felt very sad that it wasn't even being sold and delivered any more. this is a good thing, even if the stock stays and no bid.
