I have a suspicion the distributions referenced in that thread might have been for the beneficiaries of the lawsuit settlement. I imagine the settlement might be the weighted average of $5.55 for shareholders of record at the time of those specific offerings.
That settlement will not affect anyone that has purchased BIOAQ after May 8, 2018.
This is only a guess, though. If we get $5.55 for the common shares, I will literally sh*t a brick. Figuratively speaking.
