Ummm... NO! I didn’t get in at .05 cents a share, my share average was quite HIGH! at 1.30 cents or so Sir. I chose to AVERAGE DOWN GREATLY taking advantage of every opportunity as I saw this was and is a LONG TERM INVESTMENT! and I continue to average down and purchasing shares lower or higher as I see fit. Yes I noticed that Keystone wasn’t on the report, maybe wait for the next reports coming available I guess as I’m not management and do not know the details of actual recurring revenue in the deal when we acquired them.
