Peter,
i'm new, and i would like to learn about the positives and negetives... i don't feel you are bashing, but stating your opinion .. and I feel that is ok!

IMO: I Want to know about the negetives and positives, as to then, I can put the two together and know how much risk I am taking with something.

I have talked with my husbands boss who is very knowledgable about stocks. he thinks that this company has a very profitable future, and the only thing he said would be a possible great risk is being put on the pink sheet. but then again, the company said that they are looking forward to other alternatives, ex. being put on the bigger stock market.
