To update my previous posting:

Out of the numbers I called, one responded to me. They claim to be a "customer service" group for "thousands of web based telephone answering services". Of course when I asked if they heard of Alternet Systems - they were not sure, and repeated that they have thousands of clients.

How the hell do they provide customer service then?

I've located Mr Torno on LinkedIn and have requested a connection. I doubt it will ever happen. I've also located two email addresses for Randy - yes, I've emailed both of them. We'll see if I get a response.
