I'm really surprized management has just sit back and watched this stock drop and stay below 3.00 a share..How stupid can they be? they brought the stock in the 7's last quarter but no buys at these levels..chad has been MIA..they should have raised money and done the offering when the stock was above 7.00 and got it over with..now they have allowed the stock to crater and put themselves and all share holders at greater risk...Institutional investors will not buy it, they stated in previous calls they wouldn't raise $$ but they did selling 1.7 million shares into the market..I have to admit I'm very nervous about my investment, no pre annoucement about earnings , market at an all time high while Veri is at a all time low..this has been a painful lesson I should have set a mental limit and sold, I got caught up in the hype
