If their revenue projections are correct, they could simply pay off their convertibles and buy back stock. They wouldn't need a reverse split. Their last official count in late September still showed them with under 500 million shares OS. All the talk of dilution and reverse splits has come from this board. While some dilution is likely, I doubt if it's anything near the numbers that have been thrown out from various posters here.
