A frivolous lawsuit is hardly a rebuttal. I have never even HEARD of a lawsuit asking for $75,000, have you. Personally, I feel like that was another minor theatrical device aimed at you folks, the audience. To keep you believing. (And, I think it worked BEAUTIFULLY. Unless you read the fine print. Which the cheerleaders never do.) It costs little or nothing. They will probably settle out of court. I think WD could win, but given the history of litigation following the company around, he probably would despair of ever collecting anything and will try to respond in a way that is minimally exoensive. Especially since, at the rate the company's losses are accellerating, and with the recent gifting of 15% of the outstanding stock at the end of the year TO Doug, and with the incredibly serious price vacillations, I don't think the stock will last long at theses levels. My guess is 10 to 20 cents by the end of the year. Or worse. Heck, it touched the .60's twice last week. I may be too generous.
