If we can get out at $3.50 to $4 pps I'd take it. Any more than that will be a bonus
For a company hat the street values at around #0.50, has no product, has no sales, has no FDA approval, and currently has nothing to sell, why would someone pay a premium of $600 to 800 for this company's patents.
In an acquisition of a viable company, a premium of 20% if sood; anything north of 20% MEANS THAT THE COMPANY REALLY HAS THE GOODS.
Tital HAS NOTHING OTHER THAN SOME SPECIFIC PATENTS WHICH NEED TO TRIED, TESTED, AND A PRODUCT COMPLETED.
How much 'value' has this company lost in say the last 2 years?
Lets face it -- this is dead but not yet buried. It has decomposed over the last week and continues to rot.
Take whatever is left off the table, take a tax loss, and move on.
