If you are a long term investor and paying with cash, and you believe CHK has a good future, then this is a great price... buy it and just sit and wait... somewhere down the road, it should be worth a lot more or somebody will buy CHK...

Just look at all the LNG plants being built... Why do you think companies are doing that? Because the world demand for gas will continue to rise..
