I'm sorry, you are absolutely right. I misspoke because I was replying while I was busy concentrating on something else. Now I think I remember. There were orig 2 cases (sue me sue you) & one was dismissed for some reason. Pretty sure vplm sued 1st, then locksmith countersued. I guess it must be that countersuit that was finally heard after all these years, with locksmith as the plaintiff & listed as the winner of the case has to pay $330k. I don't recall seeing anything mentioned at all about the shares and THAT is what I was inquiring about. Why are such details not available nor the trial minutes or a full synopsis?

Oh, and another thing to confuse the while issue is that Evil Malak, in his last PR, stated that he "was pleased with outcome" of vplm's case against LOCKSMITH but THAT case was stayed or dismissed or whatever.....moot and it was the locksmith v vplm that was heard & won by locksmith.
