so, first, im a fan of latucca.. second, I live in rays town, I know him for the scumbag he is, wife beater, adultery, drug addict, wino, swindler, liar, bullshit artist, and many other, I see him some afternoons at different watering holes....my kids are 2 years younger than his, but know of them. In my opinion, if they (Ray-Kate) cant issue stock, either to help as part of an outside financing, or to issue shares to themselves, really whats their incentive? there is no move, or movement from them.. its dead...now your getting into the holiday season, if ray wanted to raise money from qedn for xmas gifts, he would file an "unaudited" financial,have the "stop" removed. and then do his pump then he'll .. dump..
p.s what kind of guy 6'2" 200lb lean, slaps up a 95lb girl numerous times!!.. real dirt bag
