I will certify my plans to hire an accountant starting on Monday. Can HR BLOCK or TURBO TAX be my accountant? YES, that does count....good - since I am on a fixed income, this will work. I will open an account at HR BLOCK tomorrow for Access-Power, Inc. I WILL PAY NEXT YEAR AN ACCOUNTANT FOR H&R BLOCK with my own money, and donate that to ACCR. I think it will cost me $500 - all this Company does is run my bank account dry.
