Quite honestly, crunching the numbers...it makes more sense to do a deal at say $4.02 USD.

WHY - follow the ole phat phuck HC now:

34M + 6.6M of the $3.20's + 8.5M of the $4's = 49.1M (call it 50M o/s)

50M X $4.02 = $201M buyout but because those $4's would be exercised, the effective buyout is ~ $145M. Cash from warrant inflow would be $55M !!! Do a deal at $4.02

* Every single warrant in the 3.20's and 4's tranches would exercise in a deal at $4.02
