It is a single phase mockup, whereas the company uses a 3 phase mockup. There is no other difference, and the snake oil being sold is the same. Large industrial users who are threatened with a power factor charge have already purchased (or chipped in for) a passive capacitor bank that would be placed in their substation (just like the utility has done for decades). It's easy math for an engineer and an easy purchase for an uncommon circumstance. It's already done.
