Failure to understand what the motive is of the lifelong scamming CEO does not bode well if the investors thinks he is truly legit.

He needs to clearly communicate, he needs to uphold his word on the things he says, he needs to come through with the time frames he puts out, and he needs to publicly eliminate that reverse split entirely. I don't know how he expects to get the Reg A funded with that reverse split advertised. Doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe he already has a buyer for the Reg A. Maybe he has a big great plan that we all just don't know about yet.

The CEO IS incompetent. He is also narcissistic. He never has,nor will he ever care about investors or shareholders.Just look at his twitter for example...rubbing the vacations, the south beach drinking binges with the "for hire" women, the exotic car shopping into the investors nose. All while his stock sits in the trips. et al.

This is a man who has had 8? different jobs in 15 years, got his home foreclosed on,declared bankcrupcy, numerous driving fines and suspensions,5 SEC complaints with judgements against him, pulled the rug out from under the investor with the first Reg A,just some examples.

Incredible to think that with all that the investor still can say with a straight face that he intends to do good.By-the-way,try and locate his last conference call.Where he boasts about his days as a broker.Really?but failed to mention what he did while a broker.

It's all about him.A picture of the following is right next to this:

Quote:
What is Narcissistic Personality Disorder?
Someone with narcissistic personality disorder is extremely focused on their own importance. Where most people think of themselves as pretty important, a narcissist believes this to an even stronger degree. In fact, they believe it so strongly that they have little empathy or care for others because they believe those others are there only to make their life better or easier. At the same time, however, they have a very fragile sense of self-esteem which makes them crave admiration and attention from others and crumble at the first sign of criticism.
