He didn't embezzle...he merely paid himself approx $300K/ year salary to get three toxic loans a year. But they were not enough to pay him so he had to take all the other equity too.

Fair is fair, right?

LMAO..."investing" in Wayne is just giving him your money. Tens of millions so far.
