......I still POSIT that we are going to the SCOTUS, with our weak case and the SCOTUS will review the cases and sneer at it and up-hold the appellate court's decision...................FDIC WINS......the end.......

......then we close the BK and the monies in the BK REGISTRY are paid out to the only remaining BK CLAIMANT.........that trannie holding (ahem!!!) the BK 510(b) statement (which I reviewed = legit).............433 pennies, per................................onward, SPEER........
