They still haven't learned the most important lesson. When you announce a dividend, pay it.

They should reinstate the dividend policy. But how are they going to pay quarterly cash dividends now, with the S-1, and the preferred shares that are entitled to dividends?

And the stock dividend keeps getting delayed and delayed as well. Simply devastating. Devastating for the stock, the shareholders and the company.
