Totally agree with your comments and I believe when the financials are current it will be a real game changer.
At this point I believe using profits from sales to grow the company is better than using it to bring the financials current. However if he can get additional funding to do so that would be great. This was we will have current financials plus growing sales.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
