Questions.....
Is the existing business being moved to the newly purchased building?
IF so time and money will be spent during the transition!
If the newly purchased building needs to best staffed up and organized
for NEW business, I would expect that even more time and $$ would be involved.
Either way, I would think that time and $$ are involved with
remodeling/renovating the building for use.
Responsible comments appreciated. TIA
