Indeed!!! I am doing some DD to see what that means. OTC Created the "expert Market" in April this year.

I also found the SEC filling on it that confirmed it was still in Chapter 11 in July in Florida Federal court.

The person that ESPH owed millions to made a bid for the assets of 6-7 Mil dollars, and some one said he bought the remaining ticker/company for $100? But I have not seen confirmation of either.

There was a lot real technology and patents in this firm. They were a leader in Ozone tech (manufacturing going back to the 1990s) and they had even sued Halliburton around 2014(?) for patent violations?

The founder of Fidelity Investments was their largest customer till the oil price plunge in 2014 killed its niche market in 2014. He had bought and was renting out millions of dollars of 40 ft trailer rigs built by ESPH for fracking waste water treatment and recycling.

Last I heard they were building and selling stainless hydroponic water recycling grow rigs for wacky weed medicinal markets?

They also had an active contract trying to find buyers for the firms IP-and Patents....

I watched this stock/company for 10 years, and knew the Ozonics subsidiary back in the 1990s.

But what is the OTC "Expert Market" and can we buy shares yet, in it??? It only traded 3-4 days out of about 7-10 days on Grey sheets before this happened moving it the Expert Market???
