Thanks. I apologize for the suspicion. Honest curiosity about the underpinnings of UEEC is not highly valued by most of the participants here. There are plenty of documents on file with the SEC that should answer many of your questions. Among them, this interesting, and seldom (read 'never') mentioned rehersal of the several lawsuits the company is engaged in. As I read them, the ultimate disposal of the cases unfavorably, could result in liabilities in excess of $10 Million.
