Mr B left Box and Paragon without assets.
There is nothing to claim except from B himself. He has money to compensate the investors.
He did that apparently with Tadlock..
He has deliberately led the two companies in the dark so that he covers the fraud.
Now he owns vessels privately ( few of them he got from Paragaon ) and makes a fortune.
The SEC however will take some action.
