Another South American country rebels against austerity measures imposed by the elitist Central Bank IMF where they the rich get richer while the peasants must pay to make them even richer. The corporate building of the multinational energy company ENEL, was set on fire during a protest against the increase in the subway ticket prices in Santiago, Chile, October 18, 2019.

Amongst some austerity measures the government increased prices for metro rides in early October, prompting high school and university students to take to the streets.

In his speech, Pinera promised that he would work to “alleviate the suffering of those affected by the increase in fares.”

The demonstrations became especially violent on Friday, with photographs showing people clashing with riot police.

Protesters also set fire to a metro ticket office and an office building in the city center.

On Monday Ecuador rescinded the austerity demand of the elitist World Central Bank the IMF as it tried to raise the price of Diesel 100% and Gasoline amongst some of its extreme measures on its peasant population. The Ecuadorian President and it’s cabinet were forced to flee the capital Quito as they bunkered down in Guayaquil fleeing the mad protestors who took over the President palace and legislative offices burning buildings.
