Bigworld, Yes, Tulsi Gabbard would be my choice. She has the required emotional stability for the job, which is the most important factor.

She could be a great President, but the Deep State (Neocons especially) don't like her since she made the unforgivable sin of publicly speaking the truth about ISIS and Syria (ie that the US funded and used ISIS trying to topple Assad). Steve Bannon reportedly likes Gabbard a lot, and Trump considered her for a cabinet position.
