SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

Just got back from multiple meetings, in our new offices in McKinney and Dallas. In the "HERE WE GO AGAIN FILE!", we HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE DOCUMENTS THAT NANCY FROM OTC MARKETS REQUIRED. Yes, we are still trying to clear up EX Luther and Jorge mess..... That's our version of "Dumb and Dumber!". Yes, I'm sure the bashers will say that I blame the "deceased", but all can say is that these were some low intelligent people who caused some extra work and explanations that I had to clear up and deal with. Besides my approvals with AURI, I have NO problem with qualifying for otc Markets on my other deals, and yet here, this was a challenge. Our acquisitions are cool with these temporary issues, so now that its being cleared up...we are ready!!!!
