General,
Given that HSM has removed (or at least tried to, as some here know the back door to retrieving all of them) all of Tut's posts from the site, which I believe would be a violation of the court order, I wouldn't be surprised if any release would have to do with either a suspension (violation of the order by CSHD) or a permanent revocation. It's awful clear that at this point the "crew" involved in this is larger than ever first anticipated by some, and that many people on these boards, some of which who fell victim to Rufus/Mike/Tut, are cooperating and assisting the SEC in nailing them to the wall.
Rufus may have tried to get an organized march on Washington, but what it appears is that some of his "minions" have organized a little "assistance crew" for the SEC.
Gotta say though...this sure beats watching Law & Order, though Mariska Hargitay is nice to look at :)
