Correct, I read it a bit different as remember, probably in a earlier 10q.. all the same. This all just takes time. Been here awhile now. Closing in at the finish. Looking at other extensive runners in past, (Nasdaq in mind, per CEO) A common theme for a quality stock is you’ll see eye-catching news, the PPS rises, company is not ready, then nothing happens “forever” PPS drops.. people lose interest, all when behind closed doors deals are getting worked out.
