Do you mean report a Moderator to IHub Admins ?
If so, send a PM to Admin from the "Contact Us" page.

FYI, 99 % of complaints about moderators, are by those not fully understanding IHub's TOS.
In the event of those 1%, Admin will take action, if needed.

Now, if you really did mean to report an Admin, most of those complaints are lodged in IHub jail, or on the way there.

Is there a place to report an Admin? Or at least leave feedback?

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
