I would like to offer another view on this discussion because of the cozy relationship between RCPIQ and MYMD Pharmaceutical.
MYMD Pharma was incorporated in Florida in Nov. 2014, almost 2 years before the RCPI Chapter 7. There is a possibility that when RCPI got into financial difficulties over a financing arrangement that resulted in a hemorrhaging of stock share issuing, they came to an agreement with the creditor over what we see now.
They could have agreed on stopping the share issuance with a Chapter 7, and proceed with whatever agreement they both felt was equitable to both parties.
However, only time will tell, but we may know when MYMD Pharmaceuticals resumes its website!
