Just a quick note!

As we are finishing our next acquisition, we are being told by our CPA that we should have our $ 20 to $ 30 Million Dollar credits from the IRS assigned to us sometime in the next 2 weeks. Now, why is that so significant? Well, in this age of TAX, Carbon, emission and other credits, having that kind of value and asset on your books, increases the PPS and other valuations. Most people , who are not that savvy and understand how these IRS rules work, cannot appreciate the value that we added to our company last week. I just wanted to follow up, before the weekend with good news (for those of us who knows how things work!) and as I'm juggling multiple deals, we have several multiple closing lined up for this weekend here in Dallas.
