Yep. But isn't that what the previous admin was all about? No surprise here.

The CFPB needs a full rewrite to get its budget from the regular budgetary process, have a structure subservient to the Legislative and Executive branch oversight, etc... As structured, it's a total violation of the Constitution and massive government powergrab, so yes.

Note: A Supreme Court ruling on the @CFPB's structure would inevitably have implications for the @FHFA.
